To receive a full refund, orders must be canceled within 24 hours of being placed (orders for items currently in stock are not mailed till the next business day). Orders canceled after 24 hours will receive store credit (issued as an online gift code). If an order has been shipped prior to cancelation of an order, items being returned must be mailed back at the customer's cost before credit will be issued.
If an item arrives damaged, proof of damage is required. We will then issue a return label to the customer and replace the item if desired.
